23-Point Checklist:

1. Check the system for proper refrigerant charge (add up to 1 lb) with Silver or Gold M/A

2. Check compressor and fan amps

3. Check and clean the condenser coil

4. Clean equipment exterior

5. Coat the outside condensing unit with Corrosion Inhibitor /Protective Sealer Coating

6. Check capacitors

7. Check contactor points

8. Brush out the electrical cabinet

9. Check all caps and valves for seals and/or proper snug fit

10. Check thermostat operation and mounting

11. Check blower amps

12. Check heat strip amps, circuit components, and safeties

13. Rinse and sanitize the evaporator coil – In Place

14. Check the blower wheel for buildup

15. Check all electrical connections and wires

16. Check Defrost Controls

17. Change/wash the filter

18. Check temperature splits

19. Lubricate all moving parts where applicable

20. Flush and vacuum drain line/pan , evaluate drainage, and add pan tablets

21. Check float switch operation

22. Visually Inspect Ductwork for Any Leaks

23. Check final performance and inform Homeowner of any necessary repairs or improvements.
